All reservations must be guaranteed for payment of a deposit equal to :
- One night’s room charge if you are staying less than 3 nights.
- 30 % charge if you are staying more than 3 nights.

Reservations cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability of the hotel.
We will confirm your booking by e-mail or phone.

2* MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

All modifications or cancellations of your booking will have to be confirmed by e-mail or post.

Cancellations charges :

* More than 15 days before the arrival: 20 € for administration expenses.

* From 14 to 5 days before the arrival: 15% of the price of a night + 20 € for administration expenses.

* Less than 4 days before the arrival : we will charge you for 1 full night’s fee if you are staying for 3 or less nights.
* Less than 4 days before the arrival : we will charge you for 2 full night’s fee if you are staying for more than 3 days.

* Less than 48 hours before the arrival or no-show or if stay cut short: we will charge you for all the stay.

A copy of the bill will be sent as soon as possible by e-mail or post.

No additional person will be accepted in rooms, without preliminary request for the hotel and after agreement.
